Day 01: Arrival in Lima
Arrival in Lima, reception at the airport, and transfer to your hotel.
Day 02: Lima Cultural Excursion (B)
We begin our tour from the hotel, heading to the historic center, where we visit the Huaca Pucllana Archaeological Complex (no entry required). Upon arrival, we take a walk through the historic center from Plaza San Martín to Plaza Mayor, highlighting the architecture, history, churches, and shops.
Visit the Casa del Oídor (House of the Auditor) where you will experience a tasting of different intensities of Peruvian cocoa. Visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, a testament to the importance of Catholicism during the viceroyalty.
Observation of the Changing of the Guard (subject to Government Palace scheduling).
Day 03: Culinary Tour with Cooking Demonstration + Lunch (B, L)
We begin our culinary adventure at a typical Peruvian market, where we\'ll appreciate a wide variety of exotic produce. We\'ll then visit an exclusive restaurant to learn how to prepare the Pisco Sour, Peru\'s signature cocktail, with the help of an expert bartender. We\'ll also learn how to prepare the traditional and delicious Peruvian ceviche. Finally, we\'ll enjoy a delicious lunch featuring the most representative dishes of Peruvian cuisine. Afterward, we\'ll be transferred back to the hotel.
Day 04: Departure Lima (D)
Breakfast at the hotel. At a scheduled time, transfer to the airport to board your return flight to your home country.
